IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is added at the final stage of payment depending on where we are shipping to.  

 

CAN I ASK FOR A SPECIFIC DATE FOR DELIVERY?

*Please allow 3-5 working days for Black Box QT to dispatch your order*  

We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date, however we will try our very best.

North Island: 3-5 ETA work day

South Island: 1-3 ETA work day

Rural Delivery:  Allow an additional 1-3 ETA work day on top of the above.

 

 CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY GIFT?

Absolutely you can! This option is available at the end of purchase at no extra charge.

WHAT IF MY GIFT BOX COMES TO ME DAMAGED?

If your gift box comes to you damaged, that is not good!  Definitely not what we want for you at all!  Please keep all original packaging in the condition that it has been delivered to you.  You must contact us within 24hrs of your gift box arriving.  We require as much information as possible so we are able to make a claim on your behalf.

All Pre-curated Black Box QT Gift Boxes and custom designed Gift Boxes are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
